My belief in losing weight!

I want to lose weight. I want to lose weight without bluff supplements and no hard (nearly-can-die) exercises. The natural way to lose weight as I belief is by controlling my diet intake. Yup guys, have to count the calories that you take for the day. But not that kind of counting like accountant you know. Its just roughly count shall I say.

The concept.

1st, let me tell you my current weight. Mine now (as I'm typing right now) is 104kg! My high is 1.81m. If you count my BMI (body mass index), 104 divide to (1.81 x 1.81=3.2761) equals to, 31.7 points. The ideal BMI is between 20 - 25. So, I'm an overweight or obese person! Its not that I hate to be an obese person I would say, its just that, by increasing my weight, I don't want to decrease my dollar to by a new size of pants! Unless I can reduce my BMI point by increasing my height (hmm, should KIV that thought though). Actually, to make it simple, your ideal weight is your high in cm minus 100. For example, for me, my ideal weight is 181 - 100 = 81kg! Try take the 81kg to count the BMI and you'll get, 24.7 points! Its easy is not it?

Now you know, my intention to become slimmer; I want to save money! Its not possible to lose weight if you know how to do it in a correct, natural way. So, my target kg is 81kg! I don't want to stay at 'club 100' anymore although you can still call me Mr100!

The basic concept is, you put something in your stomach then you have to burn it! Burn it like you mean it!!! You are what you put in your stomach! For me now, if I want to maintain my weight, I just have to take only 3120 kcal. How to count it? your body weight in kg times 30. Its the formula, don't ask why. If I want to become a 81kg person, I just have to take (81 x 30) 2430 kcal or equals to 2 430 000 calories with just do my routine, same exercises that I've been doing for all this while; go to work during the day and watching tv at night!

My aim, I want to lose 3kg per month. Actually that is the most ideal weight lose for a person. Not like some scam supplement that promise you to lose some weight in just an hour. Bull! On 27th March, my weight should be at least 101kg! Hopefully.

As a conclusion, I just have to watch out my calories intake and do some extraordinary movements (such as walk faster from car park to my office, choose to take stairs than elevator) other than driving, sitting and couch potatoing! And this is what I belief in losing weight.

as i myself also faced the same problems... alas, i have tried so many products...yet my weight remained the same.. hardcore for 109kg... heheh

and one thing... you look slimmer from the photo itself... wonder also.. am i a wonder bossprepaid? should start my own hubber.....
